Things to note:

The 2023 Military Family Support Programming Survey:

  • Is designed for active duty military personnel, National Guard members, reservists, veterans, retirees, spouses, and partners.
  • Is completely voluntary. All responses will be kept confidential and will be used for statistical purposes and reported in aggregate.
  • Includes questions about childcare, employment, family relationships, financial readiness, food insecurity, health and well-being, housing, and military-to-civilian transition, among other topics.
  • Will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey, respondents may enter for a chance to win a gift card prize.
